Tucker's Little Bailey
(Standard Poodle)
Bailey is our beloved Standard Poodle. We bought Bailey for Mom when she decided she wanted more "Tucker's" in the world. Our family loves Ireland and all things Irish including Irish Creme, of course she was Tucker's so we put the two together: Tucker's Little Bailey. Over the years she has developed a slew of nick names; Poodle Mom, Poo-Ma (courtesy of Nicky), Princess, Baby Girl, Rag Doll (she is exactly like a stuffed animal!) and Poodle.
Bailey loves to run. She is so fast the dirt bike can barely outrun her! Her favorite thing in the world to do is chase. She isn't much of a fetcher but she loves to get Tucker's Jolly Ball and bring it to you so you can throw it so he will fetch it and then she can chase him as he fetches. She also enjoys jumping, when she plays she often springs into the air and bounces around.
Inside Poodle Mom is a great dog as well. She is a little snuggle bug! She loves to come up and curl on your lap when you're on the sofa watching TV or on your feet if you're playing cards at the table. Of course if you don't want her that close she will go lay else where if you ask her to.
Bailey loves people. She loves us and company very much, whenever someone gets home or comes over she jumps around in little pirouttes (never on people) and loves to bury her head between your legs or walk between them like a cat in figure 8's. She loves people so much she thinks she is one! She watches TV, sits on chairs, and even sits on your hip like a baby!
Bailey is a great mom. She always has her puppies in Jessica's room and then we move them down to the puppy pen in the garage. She stays with the puppies all the time and cleans them and feeds them reguarly. Once the pups are up and moving, Bailey plays with them and helps train them on how to be good little Oodles. She helps teach them to "go" in the grass not the house, to come when called and to sit for treats. Bailey loves to play with her puppies. She plays very gently and loves tag and hide and seek in the yard. She even welcomes her babies back after they grow up.
We love our Baby Girl very much and would be lost without her. She is a great play mate and mother.
Our dam, Tucker's Little Bailey, is our Princess. She is a double registered apricot Standard Poodle. Her dam, Mylee's Majestic Pixie , is an energetic and loving black Standard Poodle and her stud is Jem's Majestic Flash, a stunning apricot Standard Poodle.
